This plan features 8 weeks of training, consisting of two 4-week blocks designed to increase aerobic capacity. We use a scientifically backed polarized approach, with handcrafted workouts to boost your VO2max power.
What can you expect? We won't lie, increasing VO2max power will take some hard work and a bit of suffering-- but the gains will be worth it! We have low, medium and high volume plans to meet your scheduling needs.
PRE-REQUISITES:
- You MUST have a well established aerobic base before beginning this plan. We recommend a minimum of two months of base training before beginning this plan.
- This plan is not for newbie riders. You should have a minimum of 1 year of consistent training under your belt before beginning this plan.
