Is this going to be useful if I don’t hire you as a coach?

Definitely! These insights will help you dial in your training with concrete suggestions. There are no strings attached. We have no expectation that you are going to join EVOQ.


Do I need to have a ton of power history for it to be useful? How much power history do I need?

You don't need a ton of power history but you do need some power history. We don't have an exact amount that is required but at least a few months is a good start. Please reach out though for further clarifications on this if you're concerned.

I want to hire EVOQ as my coach. Is the PFA the first step for that?

You can reach out for the PFA first, or contact one of the coaches regarding signing up and we will provide this analysis after the introduction.


How much time will it take me? and when will I get the PFA back?

Not much time for you, just reach out to us and fill out the questionnaire. It takes us typically a week or less to get back to you with the video.

Am I the right person for this? Do I already have to be at a certain level? Do I already have to have training experience?

This is for anyone and everyone. The only thing we ask for is a positive attitude and the desire to be a faster cyclist.


Will I have to link a credit card? Sign anything?

Nope!

Am I too old? Am I too young?

We have yet to encounter anyone who is too old or too young. If you have a desire to ride and be faster - this is for you.


Will it be useful? Is it worth the time invested answering the questions?

We think so, and so have hundreds of other cyclists.

Do I need to take cycling seriously already for this to be useful?

We're professional coaches and though we love riding our bikes and have a blast doing it, we take training seriously. We ask that our athletes bring that same mindset to their training. If you're looking to take things to the next level - we can definitely help.


Is this a trick to get me roped into a coaching plan?

Not at all, we genuinely enjoy helping other cyclists, no strings attached.

I don’t get how this questionnaire topics are relevant in analyzing my power? This seems like overkill...

We use the questionnaire to create a complete athlete profile. Some questions may seem like overkill but in order for us to provide meaningful analysis, we need both micro and macro data about your training.
